At this point in the project, Pioneer TeleCare has implemented the solution, transitioned the knowledge and delivered
detailed project requirements. Based on the scope and duration of the project, at this point in time, customer needs may have evolved
as they may have been influenced by evolving market, industry or
a change in the client's business model.
Quality Assurance is focused on making sure that the solution delivered meets the client's current need and business model.
Quality Assurance is a two-step process:
- It involves verification of implemented functionality to validate delivery of earlier identified client needs. This involves tracing client needs to functionality delivered as well as validating the project success metrics to ensure that the identified success factors have been met.
- It also involves evaluation of current client needs based on evolving market
conditions and based on any enhancements or changes required to the implemented
to the system. While requirements are constantly updated during the project duration, this is a major focal point for review of the solution delivered in face of current needs.
Quality Assurance can be summed up as the process used to track the implemented functionality, to optimize system and business processes related to the project as well as identify any change or improvement areas. Based on the nature of the project, this phase may yield changes to the existing solution as well as scope definition of requirements for future phases and evolving needs.
